A 24-bed community-living facility in downtown Portland
New Avenues’ Transitional Housing is a 24-bed, community-living facility in downtown Portland serving youth ages 18-24. Offering shelter, 24/7 staff support, case management, access to basic-needs supports, and resource navigation, the program is designed to help you build daily life skills as you work toward permanent stable housing. We also have four rooms dedicated to parenting youth with children under the age of 2.
Transitional Housing serves youth who are screened into the Homeless Youth Continuum or are in DHS custody.
