Brews for New Avenues 2021 Ticket Information

11/20 VIP Sessions & 11/19 Oyster & Gueuze Social Tickets on Sale Saturday, 8/21, at Noon Pacific!

First off, we’d like to thank you all once again for your support last year! You helped make our virtual event a great success and raise over $220,000 for at-risk youth in Portland! Going into the events this year, there will be some changes, as well as health measures put in place to ensure we can meet in person as safely as possible.
Please read all of the following carefully before purchasing a ticket.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for admission. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have a medical reason you are unable to get vaccinated, we are sorry that we are unable to welcome you this year, and hope to see you in the future. Additionally, in line with current state of Oregon health requirements, attendees must wear masks indoors when not actively eating or drinking.
We’ve decided to switch things up this year, and instead of a VIP event and a General Admission event, we’re doing 2 VIP sessions on November 20th at the Leftbank Annex – Session 1 from 11am – 3pm and Session 2 from 5pm – 9pm. Admission includes draft and bottle pours from some of our favorite breweries around the world, access to bid on dozens of rare beer auction packages, the wall of beer, a meal from Kee’s #Loaded Kitchen, glassware, and a 10th Anniversary Brews for New Avenues T-Shirt! Tickets are $135 (plus fees) each.
Auction items, draft, and bottle pours may differ between sessions. Many top-tier items will be available for online or proxy bidding regardless of in-person attendance.
For the Oyster & Gueuze Social on November 19th, we are holding one larger session from 4-7pm at the Leftbank Annex. Admission includes draft and bottle pours of some of our favorite Lambic, delicious oysters, and access to bid on items in a small silent auction. Tickets are $75 (plus fees) each.
We are also working on a panel event, likely to be held early afternoon on the 19th ahead of Oysters & Gueuze. More details on that soon.
You may purchase up to two (2) tickets to one of the two VIP sessions and up to two (2) tickets to the Oysters & Gueuze Social. Orders for tickets to both VIP sessions by the same purchaser will be cancelled and refunded. Tickets are non-transferrable, and refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis if you are unable to attend. If the situation changes and we are not allowed to host an in-person gathering in November, we will provide refunds to all ticket holders.
Once again, thank you for your generous support!

2021 Guest Brewers

James and Melissa Priest from The Referend craft some of the finest 100% spontaneously fermented beers this side of the Atlantic, relying on traditional methods, time, skill, and impeccable ingredient sourcing to achieve consistent excellence. On a visit to Portland that just happened to coincide with Brews a few years ago, they poured some of their creations for our guests, and we haven’t stopped inviting them back since. Their generosity is abundant, we are honored to have them and can’t wait to see what they come up with for 2021!
One of the Northwest’s most talked-about breweries, Great Notion’s hazy IPAs and culinary-inspired ales took Portland by storm when they opened in 2016. Five years on, their momentum and diversity of styles continue growing and evolving. Co-Founders James Dugan, Andy Miller, and Paul Reiter have supported Brews for New Avenues since their brewery’s inception, not only with their quality products, but with their time – providing one-of-a-kind, hands-on experiences to some of our lucky auction winners. We are thrilled to have them and to see what they have in store for us this year!
Originally hailing from San Diego, Modern Times arrived on the Portland scene in 2018 and immediately made an impression with their mastery of a wide array of styles and over-the-top taproom design. Over the past three years, they have not only seamlessly integrated into the local beer community, but through Michael Christy, Marissa Zebold and Lauren Hayden, have generously supported our cause at every opportunity. We are beyond excited to have them, and look forward to some show-stopping collaborations and packages!

Thank you!

With your support, Brews for New Avenues 2020 raised more than $220K to help prevent and end youth homelessness!
