24/7 Services for Anyone 9-17 Years Old

The Alba Collaborative can help you find support any time, day or night. Our Youth Opportunity Center in Rockwood is open 24/7 if you are in crisis or if you need a safe place to stay. We offer meals, have beds and showers, and hygiene supplies. Our case management and mentorship team will work on your self-identified needs and goals. We can also help you with school, train for and find a job, and access affirming LGBTQIA2S+ services. Drop in or reach out if you need support!

The Alba Collaborative is a partnership between New Avenues, Latino Network, Youth Progress, National Safe Place Network, and Multnomah County.

Find Us

We are located at the New Avenues Youth Opportunity Center (YOC), 470 SE 165th Ave., Portland, OR 97233 on a shared campus with Boys & Girls Club, Open School, and Latino Network.

The Alba Collaborative is open 24/7 for youth ages 9-17.

YOC Drop-In hours are Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm for youth ages 9-24.

Per Oregon Senate Bill 710, New Avenues for Youth submits quarterly reports to the Oregon Department of Human Services tracking  the frequency of restraint and involuntary seclusion (if applicable), as well as the demographics of children in care on whom such techniques are used. These reports are accessible to the public here.
