Or watch online by clicking here  KATU On June 17th, New Avenues for Youth celebrated the accomplishments of 37 youth at our 10th annual Graduation and Awards Ceremony!  These youth were honored for earning their GED, high school diploma, and completing advanced job training. Since its inception, our alternative school has helped over 250 youth earn their GED with many going on to college.  And PAVE, our job training program, continues to place more than 150 youth into employment each year.   A very special thanks to Keynote Speaker, Antonio Harvey, broadcaster for the Portland Trail Blazers, for his inspiring words and congratulations to all our graduates!  Please check out  KATU's coverage of our school, our students, and this special event.
